Biscoff Cinnamon Roll Mugcake Recipe | Slimming Recipe
Ingredients
- 60g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
- 50g Self Raising Flour plus a little extra for dusting
- 1 tbsp lotus Biscoff spread
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together the Greek Yoghurt and flour until combined, to create a dough. Cut the dough into 2.
- Flour your work surface, then roll out the dough into 2 strips
- Spread 1 tbsp of the Lotus Biscoff spread over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon
- Roll up with the lotus and cinnamon on the inside. Spray your cup with some low calorie spray to stop it sticking, then add the roll into the mug.
- Microwave for 60 seconds, then melt the other tbsp of Biscoff spread and pour over the top.
