A super easy low calorie Lotus Biscoff flapjack recipe that's just 90 calories per bite, perfect for anyone trying to watch their calorie intake. 

I'm trying to create more sweet dishes for the blog, and after how much you all loved my Low Calorie Chocolate Brownies and Biscoff Truffles, I wanted to create something just as delicious and easy for you!

These flapjack bites are a delicious little mouthful of Biscoff, oats and cinnamon. This recipe makes 12 small bites, and can be adjusted to have even fewer calories by swapping the sugar for a granulated sweetener instead.

Just under 90 calories per bite, they are a great post work-out snack. 

They are super simple to make, and very delicious. You could also bulk this recipe out by adding in additional nuts, seeds or raisons.

Lotus Biscoff Flapjack Bites Recipe | Low Calorie Slimming Friendly

A super easy low calorie Lotus Biscoff flapjack recipe that's just 90 calories per bite, perfect for anyone trying to watch their calorie intake.

Ingredients

  • 125g jumbo porridge oats
  • 60g Low fat spread
  • 60g light brown sugar (Replace with sweetener to reduce calories)
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: Extra for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
  2. In a mixing bowl, and the low fat spread, sugar/sweetener, golden syrup and Biscoff spread.
  3. Add this to the microwave and set for 30 seconds, or until all the ingredients have melted.
  4. Add the oats and cinnamon and mix well.
  5. Add the mixture to a lined baking tray (this is a relatively small mix, so use a small tray) then add to the oven for 15 mins or until golden brown.

Notes:

Makes 12 flapjacks, if you make more or less then adjust the calories accordingly.
